Spring into Summer workshop
Join us for a 2.5 hr talk with healthy snacks and drinks on the illuminating and practical science of ‘Rtucharya‘ – seasonal regimen, regarding the transition from Spring to Summer.
Together, we will learn about simple yet effective lifestyle adjustments, such as:
-Cooling Breathwork/Pranayama
-Pitta pacifying diet including ideas for spice blends, dishes and drinks
-Lifestyle adjustments for Summer season
Align with the rhythm and characteristics of the season to inform your personal daily routine during the upcoming three and a half months, keeping you feeling balanced, vibrant and relaxed.
Spring to Summer season marks the intensification of warming, sharp, light, spreading and later on, drying, attributes in our environment. During Spring, Pitta dosha is accumulating, the bodily humor most associated with the fire element. If we’re not adapting our routines to the summer to compensate for the change in qualities, we’re bound to have imbalances later in the season such as inflammation, skin rashes, digestive problems or fiery emotions.
A vital Ayurvedic aphorism says: ”Always bring the bodily humors under control while they are in a state of accumulation”. In that way it becomes easier to maintain health.

Join us for a seven day guided cleanse inspired by ancient Ayurvedic principles to shed the old and enter the new season with clarity and vitality!

Introduction to Āyurveda
Join us for an inspiring evening where we will discover together the fundamental principles of the ancient Indian science, Āyurveda – a consciousness-based approach to well-being and living in harmony with your environment.
Āyurveda, often called the ‘sister science’ of yoga, originated thousands of years ago and is still used today as a complete and holistic system of medicine.
By getting to know yourself through the timeless principles of Āyurveda, you can gain a deep insight into your unique constitution and habits. This offers valuable tools to support your health, understand disturbances on a physical, mental and spiritual level and even find more balance in your relationships.
This workshop is for you if:
You are curious about the connection between body, mind and consciousness
You are looking for a natural and holistic approach to well-being
You are fascinated by ancient wisdom and want to learn how to apply it in modern life
You are a yoga teacher, health or care professional who wants to integrate Āyurveda into your practice (optional but not required)
The workshop will be taught in English and takes place at Yoga Nature studio, Maastricht.
See you there!

Introduction to Āyurveda: Science of Life
We are thrilled to be starting the year with an in-person workshop this month hosted by Yoga Spirits, Roermond.
An Introduction to Āyurveda, the Science of Life will explore the foundational concepts of Āyurveda with a deep dive into the Prakrti/Vikrti paradigm. If you are local please do come, we’d love to see you!

The Art of Relationships
Relationship means communication. If we observe our day to day life, there is plenty of evaluation, criticism, condemnation and rejection and there are but a few moments of clarity in communication.
Communication is possible when two people are at the same level of consciousness at the same time. If they are not, they can’t communicate, share or understand each other. Understanding needs sharing, sharing needs communication and communication needs clarity of consciousness.
