It all begins with a meeting

The initial consultation is where it all starts. During your consultation we will take your health history, listen to your concerns, understand your health goals and employ traditional methods of Ayurvedic examination to uncover the often hidden origins of illness and discomfort.
Then, the practitioner will present you with the Ayurvedic assessment of your constitution and imbalance and advise on changes that may include food and lifestyle adjustments, supporting herbal formulas, traditional therapies, breath-work, movement or meditation. We create an actionable, step by step plan to accomplish your goals.

After your consultation you’ll receive the treatment plan as discussed in your session via email, including necessary handouts and if applicable we will place a herbal order at the apothecary on your behalf. Three week email support is included after the initial consultation. The cost of herbal formulations or other recommended products are not included in the price of a consultation.

Once you’ve had your initial consultation you can choose how you’d like to continue working with us. Existing clients can book individual follow up consultations or buy follow ups in packs of three or five. In most cases we see our clients for a follow up 6 weeks after the initial.

Consultations can take place on location or online via Zoom so we can meet you from all over the world!

The initial consultation is your gateway to Āyurvidyā Health. This lays the foundation of us working together. We analyze the origin and progression of your major concerns to get to the root in order to reverse engineer the disease process.
We dive into important aspects of your daily life, including habits around diet, sleep, exercise and relationships.

We examine photos of your tongue, nails and face for greater insight into your current state of balance.
It is our job to make your protocols doable, so you can, with the guidance of Vedic wisdom, transform your health, sharpen your focus and move towards your full potential.
Take advantage of working with Beatrice or Robin and use customized diets and lifestyles , personalized herbal protocols and recommendations from Ayurveda’s vast pharmacopeia to explore, design and nourish your most optimal culture of life.
