Introduction to Āyurveda

Join us for an inspiring evening where we will discover together the fundamental principles of the ancient Indian science, Āyurveda – a consciousness-based approach to well-being and living in harmony with your environment.

Āyurveda, often called the ‘sister science’ of yoga, originated thousands of years ago and is still used today as a complete and holistic system of medicine.

By getting to know yourself through the timeless principles of Āyurveda, you can gain a deep insight into your unique constitution and habits. This offers valuable tools to support your health, understand disturbances on a physical, mental and spiritual level and even find more balance in your relationships.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You are curious about the connection between body, mind and consciousness

  • You are looking for a natural and holistic approach to well-being

  • You are fascinated by ancient wisdom and want to learn how to apply it in modern life

  • You are a yoga teacher, health or care professional who wants to integrate Āyurveda into your practice (optional but not required)

The workshop will be taught in English and takes place at Yoga Nature studio, Maastricht.

See you there!
